Placing your order

Have you found the perfect piece but don’t know where to start? Well you’ve already done the first step! Read the rest so you know the steps!

  • After finding the piece or pieces you like you will need to follow a few steps ensuring your order has been placed and your inclusions are on their way!
  • Once you know your item/items and you have added it to your cart you will need to fill out the form. This way the artist knows what your vision is for your keepsakes. The form will ask which additives you'd like and what placements (Visions) you have for your item/itesm. Please be detailed. We want to ensure your piece is just how you want it. Once you fill out your form and process your payment. It is now time to figure out how you’d like your inclusions sent.
  • What are inclusions? The way I like to describe it, is any item you’d like to preserve in time. This can be a wide range, and no range is to much. this includes but not limited to, Breastmilk, Hair, Ashes, Grave Dirt, Ashes for a fire, Clothes blankets, umbilical cords, placentas and etc,
  • Here at Treasure’s in Time Keepsakes LLC we offer a few options for your inclusions. We do allow for you to mail your inclusions, however this will be fully up to you and Treasure's in Time Keepsakes LLC will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged if inclusions are mail by customer. 
  • The other options would be to order one of  our inclusion kits. Our inclusion kits are returned shipping and offer insurance. If an inclusion kit is mailed to you, you will place inclusions in the return to sender package and drop it off in your mail box or local post office. It's that simple. Inclusion kits come with ring sizer, protective bag, extra bag, ring sizer, container and a tube for breast milk.
  • From there, you've done your part and it is now time of us to work our magic! All you have to do is wait until your item/items are complete. Our Current turn around time is 2 to 4 weeks. We are proud in what we do and want to ensure each order is made with love. We understand what each piece means to all of you and we want you to understand we are here for any question or concerns.
